Social tool

lilPinkRobot Social

Last updated 5 November 2026

In short: lilPinkRobot Social is a private tool we use to share our own products on our own Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram accounts. It is not offered to the public, and nobody else can sign in to it.

Who we are

lilPinkRobot is a small UK shop that sells digital downloads, such as planners, printables and templates, on Etsy. Our shop website is lilpinkrobot.com.

What the tool does

The tool runs on our own computer. With our permission, given on each platform's own sign-in screen, it connects to:

Pinterest, through the Pinterest API, to create boards and pins on our business account and read basic statistics for our own pins.
Facebook and Instagram, through Meta's APIs, to publish posts on our own Facebook Page and Instagram professional account and read basic statistics for our own posts.

Every post uses our own product pictures, videos and descriptions, with links to our own Etsy listings or website. We check each post before it goes out.

What it does not do

It does not sign in anyone else or act on anyone else's account.
It does not collect, store, sell or share data about other people.
It does not send messages, follow, like or comment automatically.
It does not use platform data for advertising or profiling.
