Who is responsible for your data
This policy covers lilPinkRobot Social, our private social media tool, and this website, social.lilpinkrobot.com. lilPinkRobot is the controller of the personal data described here. What the tool handles
The tool signs in only our own business accounts, through each platform's own sign-in screen. It uses:
- Pinterest: our account details, boards and pins, the boards and pins we create, and basic statistics for our own pins.
- Facebook and Instagram: the name and ID of our own Facebook Page and Instagram professional account, the posts we publish there, and basic statistics for our own posts, such as reach and clicks.
- Access tokens: the keys each platform gives us so the tool can act for our accounts.
The tool does not request or store data about other users, such as their profiles, followers, messages or comments. Statistics come to us as totals, not as information about individual people. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in promoting our own shop.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Access tokens and the data above are stored only on our own computer. They are never shared, sold or uploaded anywhere else. Only we, the people who run lilPinkRobot, use the tool. We do not use platform data for advertising, profiling or automated decisions.
This website
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, approximate location worked out from it, browser details and the pages requested. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe, working website. This website sets no cookies, saves nothing in your browser's storage and loads no analytics, advertising or social media trackers.
If you email us
We use your email address and message to reply to you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.
Who receives data
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website: Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Pinterest and Meta receive the posts we publish and run their own platforms as their own controllers: Pinterest Privacy Policy, Meta Privacy Policy.
- Google provides our email: Google Privacy Policy.
- Authorities or advisers, where the law requires it.
International transfers
These providers may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. They set out the safeguards they rely on in their own policies, linked above.
How long we keep it
- Access tokens: until they expire or we disconnect the tool.
- Data about our own accounts: in our own records until we delete it.
- Hosting logs: for the period set by Cloudflare. We do not copy them or keep our own.
- Emails: up to 2 years after we last dealt with you.

Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, and ask us to correct or delete it, restrict its use, or transfer it. You can object to our use based on legitimate interests. Email lilpinkrobot@gmail.com. It is free, and we normally reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please complain to us first in the same way. We will acknowledge it within 30 days and tell you the outcome. You can also complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office.
Children
The tool and this website are not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect children's data; if you think we have, please tell us and we will delete it.
